Meet the founder
Hey, I'm Martijn
I'm the founder of Everybody Networks Here — and I believe networking can be a whole lot better.
My background spans marketing, sales and leadership across Europe. Along the way, I've learned that opportunities often start with a conversation, a shared idea or meeting someone you wouldn't normally meet.
After organising more than 40 international events in a single year, I realised something important:
Networking isn't the problem. How we do it is.
Traditional networking can leave people feeling awkward, overlooked or unsure how to join the conversation. Too often, the most confident people dominate the room.
I wanted to create something different. That's why I built ENH: to bring people together through experiences that make connecting more natural, engaging and valuable.
What we're building at ENH
Today, ENH brings together an international community of professionals and works with organisations to create better networking experiences. From Grow & Connect events and Launch Circles to facilitated workshops and organisational collaborations, we design experiences that help people discover common ground, exchange ideas and explore new opportunities.
Our approach is simple: Passion. Help. Common Ground. Discover what drives us, exchange knowledge and support, and find shared interests and experiences. These principles shape how we design and facilitate both community events and organisational workshops.
We've worked with organisations including Odense Kommune, Djøf, IDA and Copenhagen Improv, bringing people together through events, workshops and collaborations.
Beyond networking
For me, ENH is about more than organising events. It's about rethinking how people connect — across teams, cultures, communities and borders.
I'm building ENH to explore what's possible when we bring people together with purpose, curiosity and a little less awkward small talk.
